What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• At least 5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer;
• Advanced mastery of OpenShift (administration, security, operators, routing) and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem;
• Profound expertise in Infrastructure as Code and automation using Ansible and Terraform;
• Proficiency in CI/CD and GitOps tools, specifically ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (B2 at least);
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
