The Assistant Guest Services\nManager will manage the front drive, oversee functions of the Bell/Valet Attendants, House Car Drivers,\nand Bell Clerks, and display strong leadership and managerial skills to maintain exceptional service standards.\nManage front drive operations (Bell, Valet, Hotel Driver services) to ensure luxury guest experiences.\nOversee the Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle Program, including fleet operations and maintenance.\nLead and develop the front drive team, conducting daily meetings and training sessions.\nMonitor guest satisfaction, address special requests, and maintain a strong presence on the front drive.\nManage procurement, inventory, and safety compliance for front drive operations.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.\nParticipate in budgeting, cost control, and departmental planning.\nAssist in recruiting and complete other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.\n Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.\nComputer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.\nWorking knowledge of the Property Management system Opera & ALICE Suite is an asset.\nMust have a Valid U.S. driver's License with no violations within the last two years.\nAbility to drive and park all vehicle types.\nAt least 2 years of Guest Service/Front of House/ or related discipline and leadership experience required.\nHigh school or equivalent education required.
