As a key member of our Auberge family, your role is to provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests from arrival to departure.\nGreet guests warmly, provide courteous service, and efficiently handle check-ins and seating.\nAnswer phones, take reservations, take in-room dining orders, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.\nCoordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements, avoiding overbooking and ensuring smooth flow.\nAssist with preparation of station charts, assign stations, and guide servers and support staff in optimal table set-up.\nMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the host station and assigned work areas.\nMonitor and update guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests using reservation systems.\nEnsure menus and wine lists are clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked at all times.\nResolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.\nFamiliarize yourself with all hotel services, local attractions, and respond accurately to guest inquiries.\nCollaborate with Food and Beverage Management to set a positive tone for the restaurant environment.\n Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a high-end setting.\nStrong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to speak and write in English fluently.\nMust be of minimum age to serve alcohol.\nFlexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.\nAbility to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.\n Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
