The Engineering Coordinator reports to the Director of Engineering, performing a wide variety of office management and administrative tasks to support the Engineering team and ensure smooth operation of the Engineering Department.\nPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:\nOversee inventory and control process, all engineering areas are to be inventoried and maintained, pars to be set and kept \nResearch & order parts with attention to best pricing and delivery schedules\nLiaise with vendors to obtain contracted pricing \nManage departmental checkbook and ensure proper administration via Birch Street\nManage the PM process and associated documentation\nManage the departmental schedule for Engineering\nMaintain the O&M's to be current and complete for all equipment on file\nKeep record of current business licenses and insurance certifications for our contractors \nMaintain complete knowledge of resort fire system, water system, septic system, and irrigation system\nParticipate in and support hotel and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives \nPerform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.\nWorks harmoniously and professionally with fellow team members and leadership.\nThe starting range for this position is $28.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay.
