Your organizational skills and warm demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.\nMaintains comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.\nAbility to recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling.\nFacilitates bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.\nGreets all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and utilizes name recognition multiple times throughout their visit.\nNavigate guest feedback in real time, ensuring guest satisfaction. Communicate any concerns to spa leadership in a timely manner.\nEnsures the Spa areas are in a spotless condition through daily facilities walkthroughs.\nCoordinates with the Itinerary Design team to ensure guest experiences are up to date and accurate.\nResponsible for responding to phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.\nCommunicate with necessary departments to support a seamless stay for our guests.\nMaximizes revenue of treatments and programs through effective scheduling, yield management.\nKnowledgeable of all of the experiences that are offered at Wildflower Farms.
