This role leads by example in delivering intuitive, personalized, and thoughtful service while supporting spa operations, team development, and guest satisfaction.\nThe Spa Supervisor is a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a calm, welcoming, and elevated environment where both guests and team members feel cared for and supported.\nSupervision & Team Support\nSupervise daily spa operations and support frontline spa team members.\nProvide coaching, guidance, and real-time feedback to ensure service excellence.\nAssist with onboarding and training of new spa associates.\nSupport scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels for service demand.\nPromote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the spa team.\nGuest Services\nEnsure all guests receive a consistent, high-quality spa experience.\nAssist in resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.\nSupport VIP guests and special requests as needed.\nMaintain a visible presence in spa areas to support guest engagement and service delivery.\nOperational Responsibilities\nOversee opening and closing procedures of the spa.\nEnsure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met.\nMonitor daily service flow to ensure efficient scheduling and guest readiness.\nSupport inventory control, retail presentation, and supply management.\nEnsure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and spa operational standards.\nCommunication & Coordination\nCommunicate effectively with spa leadership and cross-functional resort departments.\nAssist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and service adjustments.\nSupport consistent communication of spa policies and procedures to team members.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college or hospitality education preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury guest services required.\nPrior supervisory or lead experience preferred.\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong leadership and team supervision skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.\nMust be able to work in both indoor and outdoor resort environments.\n About Auberge Collection\nAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
