As the master organizer, you will also be responsible for scheduling all spa-related appointments, checking guests in and out, and assisting in all retail sales. The Wellbeing Supervisor will come with a friendly and helpful demeanor and be able to manage guest issues and create solutions.\nEnsure the spa and fitness facilities are prepared for proper opening and closing each day\nMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities including ensuring facility/amenities are in proper working order\nArrange all spa appointments for a la carte services/activities and packages\nSupport Director of Wellbeing with all administrative functions of the Spa including using Spa software, maintaining inventory of supplies, answering telephones, making appointments, and answering questions\nOversee efficiency of Wellbeing operations at the front desk via proper scheduling of appointments and staff as well as review and revise scheduling daily \nAssist with billing for all Wellbeing services and retail sales including preparing receipts\nBe thoroughly familiar with and provide instruction on Wellbeing software\nAssist with inventories and cost control\nAssist in monitoring and evaluating of Wellbeing Reception and Attendant employees\n At least 1 year of experience within a luxury hotel property, spa environment or luxury retailer preferred, previous experience is required\nExperience leading a team with a positive and heartfelt approach preferred\nAbility to handle customer requests, issues and come up with quick solutions\nTrusting to handle confidential guest information \nShow initiative and strive to prioritize operational needs and anticipate guest requests\nBe an excellent communicator, great listener and super understanding whether towards other team members or guests \nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional appearance and demeanor required at all times\nStrong understanding of spa operations, guest flow, and service standards\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays\nCPR/First Aid certification preferred\nBilingual abilities preferred\n About Auberge Collection\nAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
