You will proactively identify risks across frontend, backend, and device communication layers, ensuring that connectivity flows work flawlessly across mobile apps, web apps, and integrated systems.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nTake accountability for ensuring consistent functionality and user experience across Android, iOS, and web applications.\nDesign and enforce test strategies that cover UI, API, and connectivity layers, ensuring alignment between mobile and web behaviors.\nOwn validation of flows involving device pairing, syncing, real-time updates, and network-dependent features across both mobile and web.\nTake ownership of automation frameworks using tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright (web) and Appium/Espresso/XCUITest (mobile), ensuring high reliability and coverage.\nEnsure applications perform reliably under varying conditions such as low bandwidth, high latency, network switching, and intermittent connectivity.\nOwn validation of APIs and data consistency across platforms using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.\nProactively detect inconsistencies between mobile and web experiences and lead initiatives to standardize behavior and improve reliability.\nCollaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is built into every layer-from UI to APIs to infrastructure.\nDefine and track metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, cross-platform consistency, and production reliability.\nTake accountability for diagnosing complex issues across mobile apps, web apps, APIs, and network layers.\nGuide QA engineers toward standardized, scalable, and ownership-driven testing practices across platforms.\nWhat we look for\n5+ years of Sr. QA experience with ownership across mobile and web applications.\nStrong hands-on experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS) and web testing.\nProven experience with at least one automation tool:Web: Cypress or Playwright\nMobile: Appium, Espresso\n\nExperience testing connectivity-driven systems (network-dependent features, device integrations, or real-time systems).\nSolid understanding of API testing and backend validation.\nStrong knowledge of network behavior (latency, packet loss, throttling, offline scenarios).\nExperience working across multiple browsers, devices, and OS versions.\nProficiency in debugging using tools like browser dev tools, ADB, proxies (Charles/Fiddler), etc.\nStrong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and shift-left testing practices.\nProven ability to drive QA improvements and take ownership of outcomes.\nNice to Have (Optional)\nExperience with IoT or device-integrated ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).\nExperience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.\nWhat will make you succeed in this role?\nConsistent, high-quality user experience across both mobile and web platforms.\nEarly detection of cross-platform and connectivity-related issues.\nScalable automation reducing manual regression effort significantly.\nImproved reliability under real-world network conditions.\nClear quality metrics driving data-informed decisions.\nA QA function that owns quality outcomes, not just test execution.\nWhat we offer\nGrowth-Driven Environment: Access to learning opportunities, skill development, sponsored certifications, and personalized mentorship to help build your career.\nCutting-Edge Tools & Tech: Work with modern tools and frameworks to stay ahead in the industry.\nProcess-Oriented & Quality-Focused Work: A structured approach to delivering excellence.\nFlexible Work Hours: Flexible hours, competitive leaves, and various modes of work to choose from.
