Our company culture emphasizes client service, trust-based relationships, and innovation.\nJob Description:\nAubrantDigital is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support a large-scale identity environment spanning approximately 50,000 Azure/Entra ID users and 75,000+ SailPoint-managed identities. This role is accountable for identity governance, privileged access management, and federation across a complex, security-sensitive enterprise landscape.\nMust-Have Requirements\nHands-on specialist experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration at enterprise scale (tens of thousands of users).\nSailPoint Identity Governance experience, including identity lifecycle and access certification processes at scale (75,000+ identities).\nCyberArk privileged access management (PAM) implementation and administration experience.\nPing Federation andfederation protocolexpertise(SAML, OAuth/OIDC).\nExchange and Microsoft 365 administration experience.\nDesign and management of user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.\nShould-Have Requirements\nScripting ability (PowerShell, Python) to automate identity lifecycle and reporting tasks.\nExperience supporting security compliance and audit requirements tied to identity governance.\nProcess-oriented mindset foridentifyingand closing access-governance gaps.\nCould-Have / Nice-to-Have Requirements\nExperience with SSO/MFA rollout and adoption programs.\nExposure to
