This hands-on contributor will focus primarily on back-end development (approximately 90%), building modern, cloud-based architectures using Java 21, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Kafka, and Requirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with strong expertise in Java 21 and modern Spring Boot frameworks.\nProven experience designing and building back-end and messaging.\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud services beyond baseline familiarity (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).\nExperience with MongoDB or other NoSQL database technologies.\nExperience providing technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.\nExperience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.\nCould-Have / Nice-to-Have Requirements\nExperience with DataDog for monitoring, logging, and observability.\nFamiliarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.\nExperience with Snowflake for data warehousing and
