Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats. This is a part-time hourly position.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Do:\nPrimary duties include, but are not limited to:\n Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events\nAssist in set-up, execution and tear down of events\nSupport Marketing team on promotions, contesting and brand initiatives\nCoordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution if needed\nWork with internal teams on any recap materials needed for on-site events\nFollow all legal requirements and disclosures with regards to on-site contests and promotions\nOther duties assigned by manager\nQualifications\nMore About You:\nRequired & Preferred:\nDemonstrated oral and written communication skills\nExperience in Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats\nFirst-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position\nExperience using Google Workspace\nWillingness to be a team player\nProfessional appearance and punctuality\n A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.\nMust be 21 or older\nImportant Notes:\nPlease be aware that Audacy will never ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
