Working within the go-to-market plan set by the Chief Commercial Officer, this role drives new client acquisition across retail, SME, and embedded finance banking segments, builds a local partner ecosystem, and manages the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. \nThe role coordinates regulatory and compliance matters, escalating these to the appropriate internal teams.\nOwn the Philippines sales portfolio, driving new banking and financial institution client wins against agreed revenue targets.\nExecute the regional go-to-market plan defined with global leadership, adapting positioning and outreach to local market conditions.\nManage the end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure - for target banking and FI accounts across retail, SME, and embedded finance segments.\nBuild and maintain partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, cloud providers, and fintech players to expand partner-sourced pipeline.\nLead stakeholder alignment across customers, partners, and internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, customer success) to progress opportunities and resolve competing priorities.\nMaintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility for the territory, reporting regularly to the executive team.\nRepresent Audax at regional conferences, forums, and client meetings to support pipeline generation and market visibility.\nPartner with solution engineers and delivery teams to translate client requirements into proposals, demos, and tailored presentations.\nEscalate regulatory, compliance, margin, or non-standard deal considerations to the appropriate internal teams before external commitments are made.\nTrack local market, competitor, and regulatory developments relevant to banking technology, feeding insights back to product and leadership teams.\nWho You Are \nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.\n10+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or account management within fintech, banking, or consulting.\nDemonstrated track record progressing and winning complex B2B deals in financial services.\nEstablished professional network across banks and ecosystem partners in the Philippines market.\nExperience managing full sales cycles, including negotiation and commercial structuring with financial institutions.\nWorking knowledge of banking technology trends - composable banking, payments, cloud transformation, and regulatory considerations.\nProficiency with CRM tools and pipeline/forecast reporting.\nAbility to operate independently and cross-functionally within a matrix organization.\nStakeholder management skills across client business, technology, and compliance functions.\nStrong presentation and negotiation skills for client- and partner-facing engagements.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe Part of a Bold Vision - At audax, we’re not just building software - we’re transforming how financial institutions and businesses manage risk, compliance, and growth.
