The role ensures that key projects, executive priorities and operational improvements are delivered on time through strong project management, analysis, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement.The role acts as the central coordinator across People, Legal, Business Admin, EUC and other corporate initiatives, ensuring decisions are translated into execution. \nStrategic Project Management Support delivery of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Chief of Staff: Managing project plans and timelines; Tracking milestones and risks; Coordinating cross-functional workstreams; Escalating matters. \nExample of projects include - Organisation-wide transformation projects such as AI and automation initiatives, HR transformation, Operational excellence programmes, Policy implementation, Governance initiatives.\n\nGovernance, Executive Reporting & Operating Rhythm Coordinate the governance processes across the Chief of Staff portfolio. \nResponsibilities include Organisation-level meeting preparation including Board matters/ papers, meeting agendas and quarterly organisation OKR reviews, Productivity reporting. \n\nOperational Excellence & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve organisational efficiency - Solving pain-points across workstreams, Support system implementations; Drive automation opportunities; Standardise operating procedures. \n\nResearch & Strategic SupportSupport the Chief of Staff through Industry research; \nBusiness case development; Presentation materials.\n\nCross-functional Coordination Working across the function under the CoS portfolio, you will coordinate dependencies, track progress and deliverable timelines, ensure accountability and manage portfolio level communications. \n\nWho You Are \nYou have 2-5 years in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, business operations or corporate functions \nExperience managing cross-functional projects. \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
