Together, let's write the next chapter of your career!\n MISSION\nHandle full set of accounts and daily financial operations for Korea entity include:\n Accounts Payables\nIntegration of suppliers’ invoices (local and overseas)\nPrepare payment batch and payment journals\nReview Purchase Orders (POs) in Ivalua, process invoice receipts, and interface data to M3\nAudit all POs to ensure strict compliance with Accounts Payable (AP) policies\nReview Personal expenses in concur and interface to M3\nReview the payments requests to ensure payment deadlines and compliance with financial policies and procedures\nPrepare and issue manual invoices/credit notes and update to ERP system\nUpdate bank book with supplier payments\n General Accounting\nManage inventory and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accounting.\nMonitor the inventory level and participate actively to stock take procedures\nMonthly reconciliation between physical stock counts and system reports\nRecognition of COGS\nRecognition of Accrual and Prepaid expenses\nBS Reconciliation\nAccrual and AP payables\nPrepaid expenses\nInventory report\nWHT tax\nMonthly expense analysis\nT&E Analysis\nSG&A Analysis\nResponsible for monthly and yearly closing with accounting schedules in a timely basis\nIntercompany reconciliation and update in Tagetik system\nAssist in the preparation of monthly reporting including\nMonthly reporting package (variance comments)\nIntercompany reconciliation\nInventory reconciliation\nMonthly Internal compliance\nUpdating the below ICS controls with proper backdate\nReview of manual entries\nPayroll\nInventory Valuation\nGRNI Review\n Others (TAX, Audit and etc)\nPerform VAT receivable reconciliation and timely filing\nAssist in the statutory audit and tax filing\nLiaise with external parties such as auditors and tax adviser to support various regulatory compliances\nTo assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management\nTo carry out any other reasonable requests as requested by management\nThe above is subject to change based on candidate profile and performance from time to time\nas deemed necessary by the Management\n Degree holder in accounting/finance with professional accounting qualification or semi-finalist\nPreferably a minimum of 3 to 6 years’ relevant experience in accounting for the position of Accountant\nExperience in audit firms is an advantage\nProficient in MS Office applications and ERP system\nDetail-oriented, proactive, independent, good problem-solving skills with strong sense of responsibility, able to deliver accurate and quality work\nAble to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure\nGood command of both written and spoken English\n Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul\nContract Type: Permanent with 3-month probation\nInterview Process: 3 steps Interview including Final interview\nAudemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package above market practices.\nAudemars Piguet is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
