Together, let's write the next chapter of your career!\n Within the Finance team, your main mission will be to support daily finance operations and administrative activities while gaining valuable exposure to financial processes within a dynamic and international environment.\nWorking closely with the Finance team, you will contribute to the efficient execution of finance activities while developing your knowledge of financial controls, accounts payable processes and finance administration.\nIn this context, you will be responsible for:\nSupporting the verification of employee expense claims and petty cash submissions to ensure compliance with Company policies\nAssisting in the review and validation of invoices, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation and purchase orders are in place\nSupporting the preparation of payment vouchers and maintaining accurate financial records\nAssisting with the review and reconciliation of boutique-related invoices and supporting documentation\nSupporting the monitoring of incoming payments, including credit card settlements and customer transfers\nAssisting the Finance team with stock take activities and periodic inventory exercises\nSupporting the preparation of documentation required for GST reviews and audits\nMaintaining accurate filing, scanning and archiving of finance documents\nAssisting with the organization and upkeep of finance records and storage areas\nProviding administrative support to the Finance team and contributing to ad hoc projects and assignments when required\n Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field\nAvailable to commence on 15 October 2026 and commit to a full-time internship for a period of 6 months\nSingapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or otherwise eligible to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn financial processes and controls\nGood organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nProactive, reliable and detail-oriented mindset\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nPrevious internship or exposure to finance, accounting or administrative functions would be an advantage\nFluency in English is required\n Full-time internship\nStart date: 15 October 2026\nDuration: 6 months\nOpen to students currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree\nAudemars Piguet is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
