As the Client Concierge Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest.\nAs Client Concierge Coordinator, you will support the client journey from the moment a reservation is made through the completion of their boutique visit. You will be responsible for managing reservations and inquiries, coordinating schedules, welcoming clients, gathering information to build and maintain client profiles, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. Reporting directly to the Boutique Director, you will serve as a key brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service, demonstrating empathy, and fostering strong client relationships while creating memorable experiences for every guest.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nFoster strong relationships and smooth collaboration with the entire team while supporting managers and colleagues during each shift to ensure efficient service.\nPromptly and courteously answer phone calls in line with AP standards and handle all reservation inquiries, including walk-ins, managing multiple appointments.\nAccurately process reservations, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring all details, guest profiles, preferences, seating assignments, sales associate information, and F&B requirements are recorded in the CRM.\nSend reservation confirmations via email, letter, or phone call within 24 hours and communicate special guest requirements or personal information to the appropriate team members.\nWelcome guests warmly in accordance with AP standards, assist with belongings, ensure their prompt return, and maintain a professional first impression.\nEscort clients to their sales associate, assist with accessibility needs or obstacles, offer and serve beverages, and support guests throughout their boutique visit.\nNotify the manager on duty of guest feedback, requests, or complaints to ensure immediate follow-up and resolution.\nAssist guests upon departure or return to their seating area, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, and contribute to the effective management of the boutique while upholding high moral standards and teamwork.\n Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as hospitality reservations, concierge services, healthcare administration, medical office coordination, luxury retail, or a similar service-oriented environment.\nBasic knowledge of the luxury watch industry.\nStrong customer service, relationship-building, and guest/client engagement skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of personalized service and demonstrate empathy.\nExperience managing multiple appointments, schedules, and client requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as an active and effective member of a team.\nStrong motivational skills with the ability to contribute positively to team performance.\nProficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, email, word processing, and other computerized\nmanagement systems, including strong client follow-up and communication skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an asset, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.\n Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.\nAudemars Piguet is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
