The Loan Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our service customers by managing alternate transportation, including loaner vehicles, rental coordination, and shuttle options. This role ensures customers remain mobile while their vehicle is being serviced-helping drive satisfaction, retention, and overall service efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate and assign service loaner vehicles to customers based on eligibility, availability, and service needs.\nVerify customer qualifications for loaner vehicles, including driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation.\nComplete loaner agreements accurately and ensure all required signatures and compliance requirements are met.\nManage loaner fleet availability, tracking vehicle status, location, mileage, fuel levels, and maintenance needs.\nCoordinate vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including inspections for damage and cleanliness.\nWork closely with Service Advisors to align loaner availability with repair timelines and customer expectations.\nArrange alternate transportation when loaners are unavailable, including rental vehicles or shuttle services.\nCommunicate clearly with customers regarding loaner policies, expectations, and return timelines.\nMonitor loaner usage and follow up on overdue vehicles to ensure timely returns.\nPartner with Service, Parts, and Detail departments to ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.\nMaintain accurate records of all loaner and transportation activity.\nSupport a seamless, professional experience that reflects the dealership’s commitment to customer care.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPrior dealership experience in Service, Rental/Loaner, or customer-facing roles preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles, schedules, and customer needs simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and vehicle tracking.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to remain professional and solution-oriented in a fast-paced service environment.\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\nAbility to handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.\nComfortable using dealership systems and basic office software.\nDependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.\nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nPaid sick time\nPaid vacation\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nFlexible spending account\nProfessional development assistance\nLife insurance\nEmployee assistance plan\nDisability insurance\nPay: $22 - $22 / hour\nAt Audi Beverly Hills, we attract, nurture, and retain the most talented people in the industry by providing the highest quality work environment where productivity, creativity, and personal and professional growth can flourish.
