You’ll also enjoy a range of perks such as flexible working, home office support, and volunteering leave.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nAs the Technical Training Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Audinate’s standardized training and certification program throughout the region. This includes planning training events, developing and modifying training content, and delivering training using a variety of methods including in-person presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and remote webinars.\nYou will also be responsible for executing “train-the-trainer” sessions to enable key partners to deliver Dante training on their own. The existing curriculum includes advanced levels of Dante training, and the audience often includes customers that are using Dante today, so it is essential that you have a deep understanding of Dante and advanced networking concepts.\nBeyond training, the role supports sales, marketing, and market development efforts, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants a broad impact on Dante’s growth across the region.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAdapt and localize Dante training content for Latin American audiences, including Spanish language course materials, guides, and assessments, and provide feedback to the global training team. \nPlan and deliver a regular schedule of hands-on Dante training across Latin America, in person and virtually, helping attendees progress through Dante Certification. \nSupport Audinate training events outside the region as needed, including in the U.S. and Europe. \nCreate Spanish language training videos and host regional webinars for customers and partners across Latin America. \nBuild relationships with OEMs, distributors, and resellers across Latin America, collaborating on training events and supporting their teams’ Dante knowledge. \nCollaborate with the marketing team on regional campaigns, event promotion, and attendee follow up, and contribute Spanish language content for social media and other channels. \nSecondary Responsibilities\nCoordinate Audinate’s tradeshow presence in Latin America, working with the global events team on planning, logistics, on-site staffing, and promotion of the show to customers and partners in the region.\nRecruit and develop new Certified Training Partners in the region. \nSupport regional sales and market development efforts, joining customer and partner meetings as the Dante technical expert and identifying new opportunities for Dante adoption. \nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years and deep domain expertise with Dante, audio engineering and networking.\n\nCurrent Dante Level 1, 2, and 3 (3rd Edition) certifications required.\n\nExperience across both audio and video systems preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with AV over IP standards and protocols used in broadcast and Pro AV, such as AES67, SMPTE 2110, and IPMX.\n\nAV or IT certifications such as CTS, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are a plus.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences of all levels.\n\nProven track record of developing and delivering technical training programs.\n\nProven ability to produce training video content, including shooting, editing, and graphics.
