Advocacy is an essential part of the Audiochuck culture as we strive to positively impact victims and their families through the use of our time, money, and resources.\nCommitted to developing our people and fostering a long-term team of talented media professionals, we are seeking a highly organized and community-driven individual to join our Fan Engagement team.\nAbout the Fan Engagement Coordinator\nThe Fan Engagement Coordinator manages and executes day-to-day fan engagement efforts across Audiochuck’s content and platforms. This role serves as a key connection point between the brand and its audience, helping strengthen relationships with our community while supporting fan club operations and engagement initiatives.\nThis position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance the overall fan experience, ensuring communication is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with Audiochuck’s voice and values.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFan Interaction & Engagement\nManage daily listener engagement across multiple fan platforms\n\nRespond to fan inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner\n\nMonitor shared inboxes and maintain consistent communication across channels\n\nFan Club & Content Support\nUpload and maintain fan club announcements and content collections\n\nMaintain the Fan Engagement department calendar\n\nSupport fan club initiatives, including coordination with external partners on mailers\n\nFan Mail & Fulfillment\nManage inbound and outbound fan mail and packages\n\nCoordinate shipping logistics and maintain necessary supplies\n\nMerchandise & Campaign Support\nAssist with merch initiatives, including shoot preparation and supply coordination\n\nSupport campaign logistics tied to fan engagement efforts\n\nFeedback & Insights\nGather and organize weekly episode feedback data\n\nTrack and share fan feedback and audience insights with internal teams\n\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nLog and track escalations and key fan engagement activities\n\nSupport internal processes and cross-functional projects related to fan engagement\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Table\n1+ years of experience in customer service, community management, or fan engagement\n\nStrong social media proficiency and comfort engaging across digital platforms\n\nExcellent written communication skills\n\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\n\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\n\nPassion for community building and fan experience\n\nFamiliarity with Audiochuck content is a plus\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nFans receive timely, thoughtful, and brand-consistent communication\n\nFan club
