certification tracks for Meeting Insights.\nBuild and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams (sales engineers, support, customer success), partners, and customers\nCollaborate with Professional Services, partners, and customers worldwide to identify and address training needs\nWork closely with Product Management, Technical Writing, and Marketing to develop high-quality onboarding and training materials\nDesign and deliver hands-on, technical training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)\nContinuously improve training effectiveness באמצעות feedback, analytics, and
