This person will partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience from first outreach to offer.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing\nPartner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview rubrics, and hiring plans\nSource passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking\nConduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders\nMaintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS\nProvide a timely, professional, and positive experience for all candidates\nTrack and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness)\nSupport employer branding efforts, including job postings and outreach messaging\nStay current on market compensation trends and talent availability for key roles\nQualifications\n2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment\nExperience recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles preferred\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills;
