We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to co-own that foundation alongside our infrastructure lead, keeping it secure, reliable and cost-effective as we grow.\nYou'll join a small, collaborative engineering team and work with engineers across the company. We are looking for a mid or senior engineer with real ownership, and you'll have support from our tech and infrastructure leads as you take responsibilities across infrastructure, site reliability and devops.\nLocation: London, hybrid (2 days a week in the office)\nLevel: Mid to Senior Level\nWhat you'll do\nInfrastructure\nMaintain and improve our AWS infrastructure through Terraform - including our Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, RDS databases, networking and our ad-tech VAST servers.\nKeep our network and access secure with a least-privilege model and our Auth0 integration, and support our SOC2 compliance.\nTrack cloud costs and help us scale efficiently.\nWrite runbooks and documentation so infrastructure knowledge is shared across the team.\nSite reliability (SRE)\nLook after our observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Logfire) and the alerts that tell us when something's wrong.\nJoin our on-call rotation to help us meet our enterprise SLAs, and carry out maintenance with zero or planned downtime.\nHelp improve how we handle and learn from incidents.\nDevOps and developer experience\nImprove our CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and rollback so engineers can ship quickly and safely.\nProvide tooling that let teams spin up prototypes and automations fast.\nBe a go-to person for infrastructure and platform questions across engineering.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll bring\nEssential\nExperience running production infrastructure on AWS or another major cloud provider so long as you're ready to work on AWS from day one.\nInfrastructure as code experience with tools like Terraform.\nRunning containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.\nPractical knowledge of networking and security: VPCs, DNS, load balancers, TLS and least-privilege access.\nComfort writing Python and working with Git, and curiosity about AI coding tools.\nNice to have\nA background ensuring a product meets enterprise-grade SLAs - e.g. being on-call for a production system, handling incidents end to end, or setting up observability, alerting and SLOs.\nDevOps knowledge on how to build or improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.\nExperience with Auth0 or OAuth, RDS operations, or SOC2 audits.\nNot sure you tick every box?
