You will shape integrations, domain boundaries, system design, and platform evolution across our SaaS product portfolio.\nOur tech stack includes .NET, React ecosystem, Azure Servises (AKS, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL Database).\nWhat You Will Do:\nIntegration & API Architecture:\nDefine and maintain Manage’s integration strategy (REST, Events, APIs, Data Feeds).\n\nDesign standard integration patterns - real-time (Event Hubs), on-demand (REST), hybrid workflows.\n\nLead technical workshops with customers and partners to gather requirements and define integration approaches.\n\nAlign integrations with domain boundaries, data contracts, and platform security standards.\n\nGovern message contracts, event schemas, versioning strategy, and error-handling models.\n\nEnforce security best practices (OAuth2, mTLS, Azure AD, Key Vault).\n\nOversee monitoring, observability, and integration reliability (tracking, retries, DLQs).\n\nDomain & System Architecture:\nServe as the technical consultant for assigned domains, ensuring architectural integrity and consistent domain boundaries.\n\nShape domain models and identify bounded contexts, aggregates, and integration points.\n\nDefine APIs and event contracts across microservices and cross-domain workflows.\n\nEvaluate epics and initiatives for architectural feasibility and appropriate service ownership.\n\nSupport teams with high-level design, technology selection, and patterns.\n\nParticipate in architecture reviews and platform governance.\n\nCoach teams on DDD, Clean Architecture, and best engineering practices.\n\nMaintain architecture diagrams, specifications, interface documentation, and ADRs.\n\nPlatform & Multi-Tenancy:\nDesign and own the architecture of a secure, performant, and cost-efficient multi-tenancy model.\n\nContribute to the long-term architecture vision and support the evolution of the platform strategy.\n\nCustomer & Pre-Sales Engagement:\nParticipate in pre-sales work, technical scoping, and early-stage solution shaping.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and performance improvements for complex integrations or distributed system issues.\n\nWhat You Will Bring:\nTechnical Skills & Experience:\nStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate architectural decisions to both leadership and engineering teams.\n\nExperience with integration architectures (Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, REST APIs, Webhooks).\n\nPractical knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.\n\nSolid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.\n\nProven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and diagrams (Miro, Lucid, C4, Event Catalog).\n\nComfortable in customer-facing technical discussions.\n\nStrong background in Azure Cloud services.\n\nAbility to enforce architectural standards through ADRs, reviews, and quality gates.\n\nFamiliarity with governance, audit logging, and proactive system health monitoring.\n\nAbility to collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align architecture with the roadmap and business vision.\n\nFluent English.\n\nPreferred:\n10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in architecture roles within enterprise SaaS.\n\nProven experience modernizing or commercializing legacy platforms into scalable, multi-tenant products.\n\nDemonstrated success designing enterprise-grade integrations.\n\nDegree in Computer Science or a similar field.\n\nNice-to-Haves:\nExperience with MassTransit.\n\nHands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or agent-based architectures (semantic search, intelligent document processing, workflow automation).\n\nAzure Cloud certifications.\n\nStrong understanding of security and compliance for medical or regulated data (HIPAA, GDPR).\n\n.NET and React familiarity.\n\nKey Traits:\nStrong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to solve complex technical challenges and provide clear direction.\n\nA consistent focus on continuous learning - both personal and team-wide.\n\nA mindset that promotes cross-team alignment, technical excellence, and architectural consistency.\n\nWhat’s in It for You:\nLong-term engagement in a stable, growing SaaS company.\n\nHigh engineering and product standards.\n\nFlexible environment with a flat organizational structure.\n\nProfessional development opportunities, including certification support.\n\nA global, diverse, and highly skilled team across Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.\n\nA culture that values personal growth as much as business outcomes.\n\nYou don’t match the description 100%?
