This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture decisions while actively contributing to development and implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures aligned with business requirements.\nDevelop production-grade applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.\nBuild and integrate AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered solutions into enterprise applications.\nImplement AI capabilities such as tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.\nEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and architectural patterns.\nLead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards and best practices.\nCollaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nOptimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices.\nMentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n1. Software Development\nStrong hands-on coding experience in one or more languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nExcellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.\nExperience developing, debugging, and optimizing production-grade applications.\n 2. Solution Architecture\nExpertise in microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.\nExperience designing scalable, highly available, and secure enterprise applications.\nKnowledge of domain-driven design, system integration, and architectural documentation.\n3. AI Agents & Generative AI\nHands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents for real-world applications.\nStrong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.\nExperience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise data integration.\nUnderstanding of AI agent evaluation, guardrails, security, and performance optimization.\nExperience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.\n4. Cloud & DevOps\nExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.\nFamiliarity with automated testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment practices.\n5. Databases & Integration\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Redis.\nKnowledge of third-party API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.\nFamiliarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies is an advantage.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.\nProven track record of delivering production-ready applications using modern technology stacks.\nExperience deploying and maintaining AI agent solutions in production environments.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nKey Requirement: Strong hands-on coding skills and practical experience developing AI agents are essential.
