In addition, the Coordinator provides administrative and program support for events, appeals and in-kind gift solicitation, donations and distribution. He/she will have exemplary organizational skills, exhibit professional demeanor with staff, board members, physicians, constituents, and donors. He/she must be able to manage multiple tasks and maintain the confidentiality of donors and patients.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociate degree \nMinimum two years of administrative support/fundraising software\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree\nSkills:\nProficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nProficiency in Raiser’s Edge fundraising software (or comparable donor database)\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nExcellent interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nKnowledge of event planning and support\nThe Coordinator will be privy to confidential information about board members, donors, employees, patients, and business & community leaders.
