The role ensures that all implementation, integrations and customizations align with long term business objectives, architectural standards and governance models. You will lead platform roadmap planning, upgrade strategy, security and compliance alignment, performance optimization and instance management while mentoring architects and developers.\n\nYou will be acting as a strategic advisor to IT leadership, the platform architect ensures the platform remains stable, secure, scalable and capable of supporting evolving business needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define and own strategic roadmap for ServiceNow Platform.\n\n- Align platform capabilities with the business strategy.\n\n- Decide module adoption and how we scale up technically (ITSM, HR, IRM, Secops, CMDB etc).\n\n- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to HR, risk and compliance leadership on leveraging ServiceNow for business transformation.\n\n- Identify opportunities to enhance employee and risk management journeys through automation, AI and analytics.\n\n- Ensure platform scalability, compliance and alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks.\n\n- Define Architectural Standards and ensure scalable and reusable design.\n\n- Review solution designs, approve integrations/customizations and control Technical Debt.\n\n- Manage Instance Strategy, Upgrade Planning, Release Management, Licensing optimizations and Performance monitoring.\n\n- Owns integration with Azure, Monitoring tools and Security tools.\n\n- Ensure Secure configurations, define access model and align with IRM/Secops requirements.\n\n- Drive process standardization and automation across HR case management, lifecycle events, policy management and risk workflows.\n\n- Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities (AI, Predictive intelligence, ESG, Employee experience).\n\nExperience and Qualifications : \n\n- Deep ServiceNow Architectural Knowledge (Certified Technical Architect).\n\n- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting and integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID server).\n\n- Strong Data Model understanding, Performance Optimization and CMDB Architecture.\n\n- Expertise in Flow Designers, Automation, Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools (JIRA).\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at Sr leadership levels.\n\n- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS (Workday) or ERM systems.\n\n- Certified System Administrator (Fundamental certification covering core ServiceNow platform concepts and administrations).\n\n- Prior experience in managing platform roadmap, vendor engagement and COE governance.\n\nSkills\nServiceNow, ITSM, ServiceNow Architect, CMDB, HRIS,
