We seek an experienced Program Manager to serve as a part of the company’s Government Programs team by providing comprehensive IT service capability to support the U.S. Army Transportation Command's (ARTRANS) global C4ISR and distribution operations.\n Duties and Responsibilities:\n As a Program Manager at ACI, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project portfolios, and drive the successful execution of programs from initiation to closure. Your role involves aligning project activities with organizational goals, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the effective utilization of resources.\nCommunicate program performance and status to senior military and civilian stakeholders, including O-6 and GS-15 level leaders.\nLead the Transition-In effort through Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC), including execution of the required incumbent overlap period.\nAuthor and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) covering project status, new projects and milestones, problems and corrective actions, personnel status, required Government actions, travel, accumulated ODC/Travel CLIN costs, customer satisfaction metrics, and open trouble tickets.\nOrganize, direct, and coordinate, planning and implementation of all contract support activities. \nFormulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, and ensure conformance to work standards.\nInterpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates. \nManage logistics support analysis for military systems. \nIdentify, acquire, and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nA Program Manager who fits our team is:\nDynamic: contributes energy and enthusiasm to our daily tasks, to the team’s interactions, and to the Company’s mission.\nThorough: possesses an unparalleled work ethic;
