Faculty Development & Coaching: Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and deliver professional development opportunities to support instructional excellence.\n3. Assessment Management: Develop assessment templates, prepare assessments, and coordinate moderation activities to ensure consistency and alignment with learning outcomes.\n4. Curriculum Implementation: Collaborate with the Director and Curriculum Coordinator to implement curriculum updates and support instructors throughout the transition process.\n5. Academic Leadership: Monitor teaching quality, provide ongoing academic guidance, facilitate collaboration among instructors, and provide teaching cover when required.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n1. Leadership: Inspires, coaches, and supports instructors while fostering a positive academic environment.\n2. Organization: Effectively manages multiple priorities with strong planning and time-management skills.\n3. Communication: Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n4. Problem Solving: Makes sound decisions and proactively addresses academic and operational challenges.\n5.
