Join us and own what’s next.\nAdvanced Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions (AESS) organization has been established in AUMOVIO to develop and manufacture semiconductors in a fabless model to fulfilling strategic internal semiconductor demands.\n As ASIC Layout Engineer (m/f/d) you generate the block and Chip layouts based on analog circuits / schematics in our Advanced Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions (AESS) department in Timisoara. The layout engineer chooses appropriate methods to reach robust DRC compliant layout with efficient area utilization. Layout engineer works very closely with the analog circuit designer.\nTasks\nCreating and integrating analog layouts on block and top level\nFloor planning, pin placement, parasitic extraction\nSupport design engineer to reach speed, area, power, DFM & ESD/EMV requirements\nDRC,LVS & Tape out support\n Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar\nBachelor degree in electronics engineering\n+2 years of layout design experience\nGood knowledge in area of analog circuit layout\nNice to have experience in doing layouts in BCD technology (Technologies: 65 - 180nm)\nGood knowledge in the area of deep sub micron effects (parasitics, coupling, matching etc.)\nBasic understanding of layout tools (design, DRC, LVS, Extraction)\nBasic knowledge of analog circuit design\nLanguages\nFluent English\nCapabilities\nMust be a team player with good communication and negotiation skills\nCustomer focus (anticipates and understands the customers‘ needs)\nMotivation and inspiration (operates with integrity and demonstrates dynamism)\nTaking initiative\n Ready to take your career to the next level?
