Ejecutar los Mantenimiento y tareas de los sistmeas SAP / BMC para atención a las Instalaciones, Servicios, Insumos, Suministros Periféricos e Infraestructura en los Inmuebles que ocupa Aumovio, mediante recursos propios de la empresa o la subcontratación de actividades vía proveedor.

Apoyo para los trabajos de proveedores de servicios de mantenimiento, suministros al inmueble en asuntos de ejecución, disciplina

Dar cumplimiento en la meta definida de Tiempo Caído al 100% en la localidad,

Dar cumpliento en la meta de Cierre de Tickets en sistema BMC en la localidad, Gembas o Solicitudes

Dar cumplimiento a la meta de Mantenimiento Preventivoal 100 % definida en la localidad,

Dar cumplimiento a la meta de Metricos Ambientales definidos en la localidad al 100 %

Dar cumplimiento a las meta definida en la localidad al 100 % referente a Gasto e inversión

Dar cumplimento a la meta al 100 % definida en la localidad para el plan de CBS

Requisitos:

Carrera Tecnica

Experiencia en mantenimiento de planta entre 3 a 5 años
