Apply now and start your HR journey with us!\n Key Responsibilities\nSupport the recruitment process by screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for internship opportunities.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage the preparation and issuance of internship offer letters.\nPartner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.\nAssist in planning and executing intern engagement initiatives, including Internship Engagement Day, networking sessions, and other developmental activities.\nAct as a key contact for interns, helping to create a positive and enriching internship experience from onboarding through completion.\nContribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of Human Resources.\n Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nKeen interest in recruitment, human resources and employee engagement\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nProactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.\n Ready to take your career to the next level?
