JIC_Designer Engineer of Production Equipments

Po odštěpení v září 2025 bude společnost AUMOVIO pokračovat v aktivitách původní Automotive divize skupiny Continental jako samostatná společnost. Společnost vyrábějící technologie a elektroniku nabízí široké portfolio pro bezpečnou, atraktivní, propojenou a autonomní mobilitu. To zahrnuje řešení pro senzory, displeje, brzdné systémy a systémy pro pohodlí pasažérů a také komplexní specializované znalosti softwaru, architektonických platforem a asistenčních systémů pro softwarově definovaná vozidla. Ve fiskálním roce 2024 dosáhly tržby v oblastech, které nyní spadají pod společnost AUMOVIO, celkových 19,6 miliardy eur. • Design tooling / fixtures needed for new projects based on the information generated during the new projects
• Communicate with supplier of tooling, Monitor the manufacture of tooling with the supplier to ensure they meet design specifications and meet delivery time
• Check fixtures after delivery from external supplier
• Update setting plans for machines and equipment
• Make changes and improvements to existing tooling that lead to an improvement in the process
• Conduct analysis of opportunity in the field of tooling for improvements
• Modify and improve existing tooling / fixtures in order to improve processes •Consider ergonomy criteria
• Prepare the documentation according standards and norms
• Ensure of standardization of drawing documentation of fixtures, machines and equipment in compliance with AUMOVIO standards
• Update of drawing documentation in SAP and in production lines
• Cooperation with ESH
• Know and understand the policy of the company ESH
• Support implementation of new ideas •Create and implement new Ideas and solutions
• Installing standard solutions
• Know and understand the standard and exchange the standard solutions among the locations
• Use moder tool for design and set up of the working places around the plant production
• Create the strategy for implementation of new standards and optimization

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• University degree, preferably in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline
• Professional experience (at least 5 years) in manufacturing, preferable in two functional areas, e.g. IE, Q, Operations, etc.
• Experience and understanding in respected business industry (approx. 2 years)
• Comprehensive experience in respective production processes
• Experience in the roll-out of a standard and/ or strategic project
• Experience in working with international teams and preferably international assignment
• Understanding for different foreign cultures
• Crossmove (functional, international or organizational) experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Designing of production equipment and tooling
• Lean Production principles, methods and tools (e.g. Production management system)
• Industrial Engineering management (including Systems and processes)
• IT Literacy
• Future technologies, Industry 4.0 applications, smart factory related technologies
• Quality management methods (including tools, policies, systems and processes)
• Product knowledge (functionalities and applications)
• Soft skills: team & talent management, leadership and networker skills, intercultural sensitivity, negotiation, conflict management
• Financial skills (process, technology on production level)
• Project management skills, tools and techniques
• Management skills, tools and techniques (e.g. balanced scorecard, benchmarking, decision making)
