Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, AUMOVIO has around 82,000 employees at more than 80 locations worldwide.\n MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:\nManage SMT Tooling Assets.\nEnsure Tooling Reliability and Readiness.\nControl Tooling Inventory and Traceability.\nDrive Performance and Continuous Improvement.\nSupport Production and Technology Development.\nResponsible for the management, availability, traceability and performance of SMT tooling assets, including Fuji Heads, Feeders and Nozzles, supporting production requirements for AUMOVIO SMT operations.\nEnsure tooling is maintained in optimal condition through corrective/preventive maintenance (cleaning, calibration control and continuous improvement activities).\nManage tooling inventory, storage, allocation and lifecycle to guarantee equipment readiness and minimize production interruptions.\nDevelop and maintain tooling standards, work instructions and training programs for technicians.\nMonitor tooling related KPIs, analyze performance trends, drive corrective actions and implement improvement projects to increase availability, reliability and cost effectiveness.\nSupport local and global AUMOVIO technical communities in establishing standards, best practices and tooling innovation projects.\nKey success indicators:\nTooling Availability.\nInventory Accuracy.\nTooling Related Downtime.\nPM Compliance.\nTooling Related Scrap Reduction.\nCost Performance vs Budget.\nSafety Compliance.\nContinuous Improvement Implementation.\n Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.\n3 to 5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, tooling management or maintenance engineering.\nKnowledge of Fuji NXT Gen 2 and Gen 3 platforms.\nExperience with Heads, Feeders and Nozzles maintenance and control.\nExperience using SMARTOOL systems.\nSAP PM knowledge.\nProblem Solving techniques.\nRoot Cause Analysis.\nProject Management.\nSix Sigma Green Belt preferred.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.\nEnglish communication skills.\nKnowledge of ESD requirements.\nKnowledge of 5S methodology.\nUnderstanding of preventive maintenance systems.\nKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.\nLOTO and machine safety requirements.\nTechnical Cleanliness requirements.\nCybersecurity awareness.\nCore Competencies:\nTooling Lifecycle Management.\nAsset Management.\nInventory Control.\nTraceability Management.\nContinuous Improvement.\n We are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
