Garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de automatización de las líneas de ensamble mediante la programación, diagnóstico, mantenimiento y mejora continua de PLCs, robots, HMIs, sistemas de visión, equipos de seguridad y dispositivos de proceso, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad y seguridad.

Responsabilidades Principales

Programación y Soporte Técnico

Desarrollar, modificar y respaldar programas de PLC, HMI y sistemas de control.
Realizar ajustes y optimizaciones en equipos automatizados de las líneas de ensamble.
Administrar respaldos (Backups) de programas de PLC, robots, sistemas ProCom y configuraciones críticas de producción.
Participar en la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos, estaciones y proyectos.

Diagnóstico y Solución de Problemas

Atender fallas complejas de automatización y control.
Analizar causas raíz de problemas relacionados con PLCs, robots, comunicaciones industriales y dispositivos de seguridad.
Realizar troubleshooting de sistemas de seguridad como PILZ, escáneres, cortinas de seguridad y dispositivos de enclavamiento.
Validar parámetros y configuraciones después de intervenciones o cambios de ingeniería.

Seguridad Industrial

Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos LOTO y estándares de seguridad de maquinaria.
Validar el correcto funcionamiento de circuitos de seguridad antes de liberar equipos a producción.
Participar en auditorías de seguridad y análisis de riesgos.

Mejora Continua

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en tiempo ciclo, disponibilidad y eficiencia de equipos.
Participar en proyectos Kaizen, TPM y resolución estructurada de problemas (A3, 8D, RCA).
Estandarizar configuraciones, parámetros y procedimientos de recuperación de fallas.

Documentación

Mantener actualizados respaldos, diagramas, programas y documentación técnica.
Elaborar procedimientos de programación, troubleshooting y recuperación de equipos.
Actualizar cambios realizados en programas y configuraciones.
