The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.\n Plan the purchase / disposal of the components and raw material according to the customer's requirements, in addition to checking the quantities of existing components in the warehouse to meet the inventory objectives and cover the production plan.\nMain tasks\nReview the raw material inventory of product and service components in the SAP system to determine material coverage.\nPlan and optimize materials stock (planning quantities, reducing waste, keeping stock to minimum, avoiding obsolescences).\nAnalyze and maintain MRP (set of requirements), analyze differences and cover releases in base to determine the requirements with the supplier.\nMaintain parameters in SAP system in order to run MRP (MRP views, Source list).\nConfirm sending of releases in SAP system every week.\nEnsure that the supplier receives the releases, send releases to suppliers that do not automatically receive it by system.\nEstablish negotiations with the supplier in cases of unmet demand increases and / or requirements within the frozen period (backlog).\nMonitor the air, ground and maritime traffic of raw material with traffic department to ensure reception and goods receipt.\nMaintain communication with the supplier in case of delays in material delivery.\nCoordinate, based on the gross requirement, the priorities for receipt of shipments in transit.\n Bachelor's Degree desirable in Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering \nIntermediate English \nExperience: In Automotive Industry (3 - 5 years)\nIn Inco Terms Standard Trade Terms\nIn Good receipt process + Warehouse Management (shipping process)\nProblem Solving \nNegotiation \n\nKnowledge: Inventory Optimization\nMaterial Master Data - Procurement\nMaterial Shortage & Allocation Management\nOrdering Material\nSourcing process & consignment \nProduction planning overview\nCustomer Call Of processing Deviation approval process\nBlocked material (Expiration process)\nSAP NP1\n\n At AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
