The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide.\n As an (Senior) ASIC Test Engineer (m/f/d) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining and implementing the toplevel test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept. In close cooperation with the design- and design-for-test team, you develop an ATE test concept and ATE test program for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage.\nYour tasks will focus on the following activities:\nResponsibility for defining, developing and maintaining ATE test programs for wafer test and final test\nDebugging HW/SW test issues and improve test stability\nSupporting production ramp, safelaunch, and sustaining activities\nActing as a technical expert and sparring partner for the worldwide design, DFT, and product engineering teams\nArchitecting and developing scalable ATE test concepts and test flows for wafer sort and final test\nTaking ownership of the validation strategy for implemented test functionalities and concepts, including defining verification approaches and driving cross-platform consistency\nEnsuring alignment and correlation of test results between bench/system-level and ATE to secure high measurement accuracy and data integrity\nTaking full responsibility silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) to validate new product features\nSetting up and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for test concept, test programs, and procedures\nReleasing ATE test solutions to manufacturing and support ongoing production quality related to test coverage\n Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or comparable qualification\nSeveral years of professional experience in ASIC test engineering\nExperience in yield analysis, test optimization, and product ramp-up\nAdvanced ATE test development & program architecture DFT strategy, architecture, and implementation\nTest concepts for complex analog, mixed-signal and digital ASICs\nDeep understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and simulation\nStrong knowledge of digital design and verification methodologies\nSolid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, test flows, and failure analysis\nVery good English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nProven ability to mentor and guide others\nComfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment\nApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.\n Next to the interesting daily work the region around Regensburg is offering a high recreational value and quality of life.\nProfit from extensive benefits at the location such as different canteens and cafeterias, a continuing education and training, health management, physiotherapy and much more.\nWe offer an attractive salary as well as the possibility of hybrid and cross-border mobile work.\nFor an improved work-life balance we support you with various initiatives for a better compatibility of family and career such as flexible work time model, part-time option, sabbatical, etc.\nYou can expect a highly motivated team as well as diverse topics and projects in the global environment of the automotive industry.\nWe are promoting lifelong Learning combined with personal and professional development.\nYou are looking for an individual working time model?
