The Clinical Intervention for Placement Preservation (CIPP) program provides critical support to ensure youth are matched with appropriate placements in a timely, effective manner, helping to reduce disruptions and strengthen long-term outcomes.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a Central Matching Team Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Central Matching inbox. This role ensures protocols are followed, supports team members, provides training and onboarding, and serves as a liaison between programs, DCFS, and placement administrators. The Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring youth are appropriately matched to placements with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee and manage the daily operations of the Central Matching Support Team, including agenda, Central Matching Inbox, and Residential Discharge Inbox.\n\nEnsure operations protocols are consistently followed and workflow remains uninterrupted.\n\nProvide support to Central Matching Support Staff to address needs and maintain productivity.\n\nOnboard new hires and provide ongoing training; keep training manuals current and aligned with protocols.\n\nMaintain and update tools including phone lists, templates, and other necessary resources.\n\nServe as liaison between programs, DCFS clinical division, and placement administrators.\n\nFacilitate presentations to external entities regarding the Central Matching process.\n\nCollaborate with Data Analyst to generate and present reports on Central Matching activities.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree Required\n\nManagement or Team Lead Experience\n\nData analytics or tracking experience\n\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 required.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience with healthcare, youth services, or Joint Commission-related safety standards preferred.\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nAbility to read and interpret assessments, treatment plans, and safety documents.\n\nStrong reasoning and analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.\n\nAccuracy and thoroughness in work output.\n\nCommitment to following Aunt Martha’s policies, procedures, and youth service standards.\n\nCollaborative team player with initiative and adaptability.\n\nBenefits\nAunt Martha’s offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our employees, including:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\n\nEmployer-paid Life Insurance\n\n403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match\n\nTime Off & Holidays\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nProfessional development and training opportunities\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Aunt Martha’s, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team making an impact on the lives of youth and families every day.
