We are fast expanding into other markets with continued focus in the Nordics\nWe seek an experienced Platform Engineer (Principal / Lead) to join the Platform Engineering Team at our Bengaluru office, to architect and build secure, scalable, multi-tenant platform services and the underlying AI infrastructure that powers our core banking and financial solutions / platforms.\nAbout AuraCrew\nAuraCrew is an AI-native platform for building, governing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows (“SmartFlows”) for banks and insurers - with model-risk and regulatory governance built into the product.\nThe Role\nThe full stack of AuraCrew: NestJS / PostgreSQL services, the React / TypeScript app, and the AWS / VPC deployment, security and observability.\nWhat You'll Own\nAuraCrew’s AI core on AWS Bedrock / AgentCore: agent authoring and runtime, RAG / knowledge, and the AI Shield / Eval Center / oversight layers.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and harden multi-tenant services (agents, SmartFlows, governance, versioning) across NestJS + PostgreSQL; own the data model, migrations and performance.\nOwn the VPC deployment story: CloudFormation stacks into customers’ AWS accounts, IAM / KMS / Secrets Manager, zero-config bank-grade security.\nRun the AI-systems infrastructure the product depends on: agent runtimes (AgentCore), vector / RAG stores, model bindings, the runtime ↔ data-plane bridge, OpenTelemetry tracing.\nRaise the engineering bar - observability, CI/CD, release & versioning, production edit policies, incident readiness.\nShip whole slices across backend and React, AI-amplified.\nWhat You'll Bring\n8+ years building production software; 3+ years running AI-systems infrastructure in production (agent runtimes, LLM serving, RAG / vector, evaluation pipelines) at real scale.\nDeep TypeScript / Node (NestJS or equivalent) + PostgreSQL; solid React / TypeScript.\nDeep AWS: VPC, IAM, KMS / Secrets Manager, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation / IaC; security-first instincts.\nA track record of productionizing a multi-tenant platform (not just apps): migrations, performance, hardening, on-call.\nBonus\nBedrock / AgentCore; multi-account / VPC SaaS delivered into regulated enterprises; strong Python.\nNot The Right Fit If\nYou’ve built apps but never owned the platform beneath them, or you prefer to design and delegate rather than ship.\nHow We Hire\nOne bar, tested the same way: a deep dive on real work you’ve shipped - architecture, trade-offs, and what was actually yours - then a paired working session on a live AuraCrew problem in your area.
