efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nBackend / Full Stack Development :\n\n- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs primarily using Node.js.\n\n- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.\n\n- Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end product features.\n\n- Contribute to application architecture, design, and performance optimization.\n\nCode Quality & Collaboration :\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry best practices.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.\n\n- Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.\n\nDatabase & API Development :\n\n- Design and optimize applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.\n\n- Ensure efficient data management and seamless system integrations.\n\nProblem Solving & Debugging :\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.\n\n- Debug, optimize, and improve the performance and reliability of backend systems.\n\n- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions.\n\nSecurity & Best Practices :\n\n- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.\n\n- Follow secure coding practices and development standards.\n\n- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.\n\n- Strong experience with at least one Node.js framework : Express.js, Fastify, or NestJS.\n\n- Strong understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).\n\n- Hands-on experience in building REST APIs and Microservices.\n\n- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration
