Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.\nLead and perform detailed design and technical for:\nRoad design, drainage and stormwater management systems, earthworks and pavement structures \nBasic geotechnical investigations and interpretation \nReview and validate engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure design integrity and compliance with local and international standards. \nProvide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers \nCoordinate with internal disciplines, external consultants, and contractors to ensure effective design integration and constructability. \nSupport the preparation of technical reports, proposals, tender documentation, and cost estimates. \nEnsure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements. \nConduct site visits and inspections as required. \nWe know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. \nWhat can you bring to the team? \nFirstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) \nMinimum 4 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects\nRegistered Professional Engineer licensure \nExperienced in the design of roads, drainage, utilities, and related civil systems. \nStrong knowledge of geotechnical principles and their application to civil projects. \nProficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MX Road, StormCAD, or similar tools. \nStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. \nGood English communication skills and computer literate \nOur Aurecon Attributes define our way of being - they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
