Our differences are what fuel our creativity.\nWhat will you do?\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant programme where you'll be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining quality and compliance standards, supporting project teams and client stakeholders, and helping drive best-practice document control processes as the programme continues to grow.\nWe're looking for someone who brings strong document control experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.\nHere are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.\nSupport a project for Origin, providing dedicated document control support from day one\nManage document number requests, transmittals, submittals and client information submissions\nQuality-check documents, design reviews, revisions, titles and metadata across project systems\nSupport project users with document control processes and systems, including client platforms\nWork with project teams, client stakeholders and the broader Project Services Hub to keep work flowing during busy periods\nHelp shape practical, best-practice processes as this significant programme continues to scale\nWe know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.\nWhat can you bring to the team?\nFirstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:\nThe candidate shall possess:\nDocument control experience in a project environment, ideally within engineering, infrastructure or major project delivery\nStrong attention to detail and confidence working with document numbers, revisions, metadata and quality requirements\nExperience using document management systems; ACC & procore exposure would be highly regarded\nA collaborative, team-first approach with the flexibility to support shifting project priorities\nStrong time management and the ability to stay calm, organised and effective under pressure\nProfessional communication skills, including confidence to respectfully challenge timelines or requests when needed\nWilling to be employed on a 6-month contract basis.\nWe value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon.
