The role manages scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery and transition to support.\n\nHere are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:\nStakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, vendor, and delivery stakeholders.\nFacilitate alignment on objectives, priorities, scope, requirements, timelines, and delivery outcomes.\nCommunicate progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes in a clear and timely manner.\nFoster collaboration across teams to achieve shared objectives.\nGovernance & Control\nEstablish and maintain appropriate governance, reporting, planning, and delivery controls.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change.\nEnsure compliance with organisational frameworks, standards, and approval processes.\nProvide accurate reporting and insights to support effective decision-making.\nCore Delivery\nLead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and dependencies to deliver successful business outcomes.\nDrive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation to maintain delivery momentum.\nEnsure solutions are successfully transitioned to support with clear ownership and documentation.\nAdaptability & Ways of Working\nAdapt delivery practices and governance approaches to meet the needs and complexity of each initiative.\nRemain flexible and outcome-focused, contributing beyond traditional role boundaries where needed to support successful delivery.\nWhat can you bring to the team?\nFirstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. You will also need the following:\nProven experience delivering technology platform, digital, and business initiatives in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management, governance, planning, and delivery leadership skills.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating delivery across business, technology, vendor, and support teams in Agile environments.\nStrong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.\nInitiatives may be local, regional, or global and may involve single or multiple interdependent workstreams across digital platforms, enterprise applications, cloud services, data and integration capabilities, operational technology, and business functions.\nExperience delivering platform implementations, technology modernisation, digital transformation, upgrades, migrations, integrations, or operational change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, dependencies, and business outcomes. \nQualifications:\n5-7 years of experience in IT project management or a closely related delivery leadership role. \nProven experience delivering technology, digital platform, or business transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments.\nPractical knowledge of Agile delivery practices and project governance frameworks with experience managing scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors & delivery reporting.\nStrong stakeholder, communication, facilitation, influence and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work effectively with dispersed technical teams and explain complex delivery matters effectively to business stakeholders. · Experience supporting procurement, supplier selection, contracts or vendor performance is desirable.\nBroad exposure to enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, or digital capabilities.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is preferred, or actively being pursued. \nOur Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients.
