We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Lead Mechanical Engineer in our Industrial, Mining & Resources team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.\nPartner with clients to deliver innovative, practical engineering solutions across complex mining and resources projects.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and deliver integrated project outcomes.\nBuild strong client relationships, guiding technical discussions and aligning design solutions with project goals, operational needs and commercial drivers.\nGuide and review the work of engineers and designers, helping ensure high-quality mechanical design, procurement documentation, 3D models and construction deliverables.\nSupport the development of emerging engineers through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.\nContribute to winning work by preparing proposals, engineering estimates and capital cost assessments.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRelevant Mechanical Engineering qualifications and RPEQ registration, or eligibility to obtain it.\nStrong mechanical engineering experience delivering projects across mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, energy or related sectors.\nThe ability to think strategically, evaluate options and develop practical solutions that deliver value for clients and communities.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across the project lifecycle, from concept development through to detailed design and construction support.\nAn understanding of industry standards, regulations and engineering practices relevant to industrial facilities.\nProven experience applying project delivery methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes.\nA track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions in technically complex environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and influence key stakeholders.\nA collaborative approach to leadership that builds strong relationships across project teams and client organisations.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
