We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Junior Process Engineer - Industrial based in Brisbane, you will support process engineering delivery across energy and resources projects. Working with guidance from experienced engineers, you will coordinate assigned tasks, apply established methods and build your technical capability through practical project experience.\nSupport the preparation of process engineering deliverables, including calculations, datasheets, PFDs, P&IDs and technical documentation.\nComplete allocated tasks and work items in line with project plans, agreed timeframes and quality requirements.\nApply established engineering methods and approved tools, check your work and seek guidance where required.\nCoordinate inputs and follow up actions to support safe, timely and well-organised project delivery.\nIdentify routine issues, escalate risks appropriately and apply feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.\nSupport client and stakeholder interactions through clear communication, reliable delivery and timely preparation of information.\nWhat you’ll bring\nA relevant qualification in Process or Chemical Engineering, with eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia or IChemE.\nFoundational knowledge of process engineering principles and a strong interest in energy, resources and industrial projects.\nAbility to apply technical skills under supervision and produce accurate, complete and well-checked outputs.\nStrong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate inputs and deliver assigned tasks to agreed timeframes.\nExposure to process engineering software or digital tools, such as Aspen , fluid flow modelling tools or similar platforms, is desirable.\nA proactive approach to learning, including seeking guidance, applying feedback and building technical capability through project work.\nA commitment to safe, sustainable, compliant and practical engineering outcomes, with responsible use of time and project resources.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
