Our differences are what fuel our creativity.\nWhat will you do?\nThe Project Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the NZ Project Service Group, enabling project managers and engineers to focus on delivery and client engagement. The role is based in Manila and is responsible for coordinating project information, tracking progress against program and budget, supporting commercial and quality processes, and facilitating smooth communication across multi-disciplinary teams.\nWe know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.\nPosition Responsibilities include (but not limited to)\nAssistingProject Managers in the running of projects\n\nCoordinatingtimelydelivery of technical projects\n\nPreparing monthly project forecasts\n\nAnalysingproject performance\n\nAssistingwith problem-solving\n\nUpdatingresourcing schedules\n\nPreparingdetailed reports or sections of reports\n\nOverseeingproject document control\n\nOrganisingmeetings, recording and sharing actions\n\nWhat can you bring to the team?\nFirstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
