The role coordinates proposal activities, manages documentation, and brings together content from multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.\nBelow are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life”:\nCoordinate the development and delivery of proposals, bids, EOIs, pre-qualifications, panel submissions and tenders\nSupport bid planning and submission activities, including kick-offs, reviews and other key pursuit milestones\nDevelop, write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, CVs, project sheets, capability statements and other non-technical sections\nCreate and maintain proposal response templates aligned with client requirements and Aurecon brand standards\nCoordinate contributors, timelines, reviews and deliverables to ensure submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard\nEnsure proposals are compliant, accurate, well-structured and aligned with client requirements\nMaintain proposal resources, templates, CVs, project sheets and other reusable content\nChampion Aurecon's tools, systems and methodologies throughout the proposal lifecycle\nBuild strong working relationships with technical teams, client leaders and other key stakeholders\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance proposal quality, efficiency and knowledge sharing\nWhat can you bring to the team?\n3+ years’ experience in proposal coordination, proposal management, bid support, tendering or a similar professional services environment\nExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skills\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities\nStrong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing quality outcomes\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook\nExperience using proposal management systems, content libraries and collaboration tools\nFamiliarity with AI and digital solutions is advantageous\nDegree qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline\nAPMP Foundation accreditation (or working towards accreditation) is desirable\nWhy Join Aurecon?\nAurecon is a design, engineering and advisory company, bringing ideas to life to create a better future for people and the planet.\nOur culture is built on Believe it.
