We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Senior Civil Engineer in our Melbourne Transport team, you’ll act as the Roads/Civil Discipline Lead on projects, contributing to the delivery of major road and transport infrastructure projects across Victoria while working alongside experienced project managers, design managers and technical specialists.\nThis role will focus on delivering road and civil infrastructure projects across the Victorian market, supporting clients through the planning, design and delivery phases of transport infrastructure programs.\nProjects may include major road upgrades, arterial roads, freight and logistics infrastructure, airport-related infrastructure, car park upgrades, station precinct improvements and other transport infrastructure projects.\nKey responsibilities include:\nContribute to the delivery of road and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria. \nSupport the planning, design and delivery of transport infrastructure projects from concept through to construction. \nWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes. \nCoordinate with clients, contractors and key project stakeholders. \nDrive the development of practical and innovative engineering solutions. \nSupport project delivery, commercial performance and quality outcomes. \nContribute to client relationship development and proposal opportunities where appropriate. \nContinue building your technical, project management or design management capability as your career develops. \nWhat you'll bring\nDegree qualification in Civil Engineering. \nRegistered Professional Engineer in Victoria (RPEV). \nApproximately 7-10 years' experience delivering roads, transport or civil infrastructure projects. \nExperience working on Victorian transport and road infrastructure projects. \nStrong project delivery experience and the ability to contribute immediately within a project environment. \nWell-developed communication and stakeholder management skills. \nA collaborative mindset and desire to continue growing your career within transport infrastructure. \nHighly regarded but not essential:\nRoad design experience using OpenRoads or similar software. \nCivil or drainage design experience. \nExperience supporting bids, proposals or client relationship activities. \nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
