You'll work alongside some of Australia's leading engineers while helping to mentor emerging talent and contribute to the continued growth of our Buildings team.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDelivering high-quality electrical designs across projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.\nProviding technical leadership on multidisciplinary building projects.\nCoordinating with clients, architects and project stakeholders to develop practical, innovative solutions.\nSupporting and mentoring graduate and developing engineers.\nContributing to bids, proposals and project planning activities.\nYou'll have the opportunity to work across sectors including:\nDefence\nData Centres\nTransport\nAviation\nWhat are we looking for from you?\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a collaborative mindset and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.\nYou'll ideally have experience in:\nLow Voltage power systems\nHigh Voltage systems (desirable)\nEarthing, bonding and lightning protection\nStandby generation, UPS and mission critical systems\nLighting and emergency lighting design\nPower distribution and reticulation\nElectrical building services coordination\nExperience within one or more of the following sectors will be highly regarded:\nDefence\nData Centres\nAviation\nTransport for NSW (TAO accreditation advantageous)\nYou will also bring:\nExperience delivering multidisciplinary building services projects.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA passion for mentoring and developing others.\nChartered status or working towards Chartership (desirable).\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
