We are thinkers, solvers, and collaborators who work with our clients to deliver the infrastructure and assets that strengthen communities and create a sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a Senior Process Engineer - Industrial based inBrisbane, you will oversee delivery of key process engineering work across energy and resources projects, providing expert technical guidance to ensure outcomes meet time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.\nLead process design, safety assessments, and risk management across complex resources and energy projects.\nManage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.\nDevelop and review key process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and process safety documentation.\nSupport project delivery from concept selection, feasibility and FEED through detailed design, construction, and commissioning.\nDrive continuous improvement, best-practice engineering standards, and adoption of digital engineering tools.\nBuild strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on technical and contractual matters.\nWhat you’ll bring\nRelevant qualifications in Process or Chemical Engineering and professional memberships (Engineers Australia, iChemE, RPEQ)\n9+ years of process engineering experience across resources, energy and hydrocarbon projects.\nStrong expertise in process design, process safety, and risk management for major and technically complex projects.\nProven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver multidisciplinary work across all project phases.\nStrong capability in process modelling (Aspen, Fluid flow, Limn)\nStrong experience in equipment sizing, technical problem-solving, and data-driven design decisions.\nCommitted to delivering safe, sustainable, compliant, and practical engineering outcomes.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
