You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes while working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.\nYou will:\nLead the delivery of hydraulic services design packages across mid to large scale projects\nAdvise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery\nWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and practical design solutions\nSupport project coordination, delivery and reporting, ensuring quality outcomes for clients\nBuild and maintain client relationships through consistent delivery and communication\nContribute to a team culture that is collaborative and supportive\nThis is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in projects while continuing to build their leadership and client capability.\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe know the work we do is key to problem solving for our clients, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will need to have in order to ‘bring ideas to life’.\nDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.\nChartered, RPQ, QBCC registered, or actively working toward an equivalent professional accreditation.\nDemonstrated experience in hydraulic building services design within a consulting, contractor, or client-side environment.\nStrong technical capability across hydraulic services including water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater systems, and central hot water plant design.\nExperience taking ownership of design delivery, coordination, and client interaction.\nAbility to mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.\nAn enthusiasm to support business development activities and continue building your professional reputation.\nA track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.\nA proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.\nHow we support your growth\nWe believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
